I don't know many specifics about Polaris, but what made you suspect the spark plug change was necessary?

Did you visually observe anything wrong with the spark plugs that stopped working? This is important.

Are these the exact spark plugs the ATV calls for? Is it possible you're using a non-resistor plug when the ATV requires a resistor type spark plug?

Are there carbon deposits or dry dust on the ceramic part of the plug that sticks out of the motor? You could have a faulty spark plug cap or a faulty connection between the lead wire and the cap. Many two stroke spark plug caps screw into the end of the wire. When this connection becomes worn you disconnect the wire from the cap, cut off 1/4" of the wire, then screw it back in. I don't know how your wire connects, though.

Try starting the ATV in complete darkness and look for sparks while the engine is cranking. You may find the spark plug wire's insulator is no longer providing insulation.

Good luck.

It could be that the oil injector is going bad...Its located under the stator...If I was you I would disable that for two reasons...

being that if it is good, and suddenly goes bad...Your going to be looking into a new engine.when they go you wont even know it till its way too late..They go bad by either giving too much oil or none...
2 Just eliminates the probablitly of the reason your fouling plugs

Its easy...follow the oil lines running from under the stator to the carb....Pull them off and cap them very securely,if you dont you will run the engine lean on fuel and thats not good..Then drain the tank and mix your gas at 32-1 and your golden..or the more involed way is to remove stator and pull the pump..Remove c=clip behind gear, remove lines and cap the ends...But you still have to cap the carb also, for the stocker...

Oh,and just curious how many hours are on this machine?? Wondering about compression///...

Just do you know me and my brother just put a big bore stroker 90 pradator together,so I kinda know a lil about them...

That tells us nothing about the spark plug condition.
