Is the starter turning the engine over too slow for the engine to start?

Is there a low voltage problem at the starter while it is cranking over? Less than 10 volts at the starter while cranking the engine over I think would be a problem.

Does the starter, engine, frame, and electrical system have all the proper grounds? Are they good clean ground connections?

Is the starter or battery N F G and need to be replaced?

What happens when you use jumper cables to boost the battery? Will it start then?
