300 bayou hard to start on colder days also it runs bad spits or spudders wont rev up kinda serges or sounds like a rev limiter but dont have it .If i turn on lights or hold down starter button it will run fine. it only does this until it warms up then it is fine! anyone have any help? Dealer cant seam to understand or find the problem they said carb but that has been rebuilt also!! It seams to run ok if I have some kind of electrical draw????
