Start by replacing the clutch cable. That's all you probably need to do. If you go to a Yamaha dealer and let her try a new Warrior, there will be a big difference. I replace my clutch cable on a regular basis and my clutch always feels new.

Or if you are cheap, start by disconnecting the clutch cable and spraying some spray lube on all pivot points (lever and motor) and then spray a bunch down into the cable.

You can also changer your clutch lever assembly to a MSR Easy Pull Raptor model. In addition to cleaning/lubing the cable, the MSR lever has three different pivot points to make the leverage better...

Definitely worth the $50 for the lever...Forgot the Hydro mod..too expensive, and they have very poor reliability..
