Looking for the idle adjustment screw on a Blaster. Cant find one. Can anyone clue me in on how to do it?

POP THE SEAT OFF. tHERE'S A WEIRD LOOKING THUMBSCREW WITH A FLAT HEAD NOTCH ON TOP OF A "rectangle box" WHERE THE TANK BOLTs to the frame. That thumbscrew is the adjuster...
