on my 4 wheeler it will start and run. it has no power and bogs down as the rpm's rise. ive been thru the carb and replaced the spark plug but it still does it. one thing i have noticed is the lights are only so bright and occansionaly it will start knockin and the lights will brighten but it only does it at idle and when i throttle it up the knockin quits and the lights dim again. would i have a charging problem or what.? im used to two cycles
