guys i have a blaster and i have about a month until my warranty is up and i have been looking at the yes factory extended warranty. i see its about 450 - 500 dollars. Is this worth it? Do things break that are pretty expensive on the units?
i was thinking about it because i hear there are problems with the oil injection going bad so i don't want to be left stranded.

does anybody have this?
input?

Blasters are very reliable. My wife and I both have them. Don't waste $500 on a warranty. If you're that worried about the oil injection, get the block off kit from Trenga Racing. Then with the $450 you have left you can get the LRD exhaust and be VERY happy.

Its funny how the dealers always push the warranty since they pick up some good $$$ on selling them and its not unusually for the sales person to actually try and scare you into it by telling you about all the expensive stuff that can go bad like the computers (dont actually see many on quads but have been told by these idiots that their warr covers them) and even engines and trans etc.

When getting the most recent addition (raptor) a couple years ago the guy was pushing so hard that I just got up and told everyone that the deal was off since the quad must be a total piece of $hit if it needed the YES warr as much as he said it does.

Funny how he wasnt concerned with the warr after that

Well, a couple years ago a YES warranty would've been a good thing to have for a Raptor with all the tranny problems they had.
