A lift kit does the trick. They will put on 2'' to 4'' lift on your ATV. I have a honda rancher es 4x4 the ground clearence was 9.7" and now it is with the lift kit 12.9.

You can go 3 inches or so bigger without doing a lift kit but if you want real big tires ,LIFT IT.
Check out atv mags. or catalogs ,some have packages with tires, rims, lift all together.

well you can do a lift kit from highlifter they sell for around 60 bucks. but what people do not tell you is that the lift kit will only lift the front 2 inches max it does not lift the rear. for the rear you have to do a hub flip. that does not cost and money and takes about 20 min. what you have to do there is
1) jack the rear of the quad up
2) remove tires
3) remove upper and lower spindle bolts
4) rotate spindle 180 degrees
5) put upper and lower spindle bolts back in
6) put tires back on.

this will give you 1 to 1 1/2 of lift in the rear. but with this mod done if you have stock rims when the suspension is at full drop (if the tires leave the ground) the rim will rub the upper a-arm. good luck-----if you need more help let me know.
