Water in your air box ?
Are you riding in high water ? check and see if the stock nipple is on the bottom of the air box , if it is it will allow water in the air box any time you ride , make sure to clean and oil your filter allot also.
If the nipple and clamp are missing on your blaster , let me know and I will grab one out of my shop and send it to you free bro.

Im not sure what rubber pipe your talking about ?

Do you mean the rubber boot that goes from the air box to the carb ?
You need to start the bike up and have some carb cleaner ready and do a leak test and see where your problem lies first and go from there , any spare parts I have laying around are yours.
