i have a chance to pick up a 04 raptor 660 pretty cheap. i have never rode one before i hear they are top heavy and want to roll. this one has 2in spacers in the rear how much better does this make the quad.. i am no stranger to sport quad i use to mx race a 250r...i want something fast on the trails fun to jump and power slide the turns and of corse wheelies and it has to have reverse...will this raptor be a good choise for me.?

Those wheel spacers should make a big difference in the handling. You can also flip over the link that connects the shock with the swingarm to lower the seat height significantly.

Buy it! You'll love it...Just learn to lean into the turns...But from what your saying your going to use it for, it's a great machine.

Buy it ! I just bought an 02. I haven't even gotten my wheel spacers on yet and don't think it is all that bad.It screams 3rd gear wheelies bone stock. :rider:

well i just got back from looking at it. it is a 2004 with LTE dual exhaust, jet kit , k&n , high performance clutch, spacers front and rear, full skids, aftermarket rear grab bar, dg front bumper, shockwears on all shocks, maxxis razor front tires, 3 sets of rear tires realitors, razors and stock.plus it has an extended warranty.oh and aftermarket graphics.

It sounds like the previous owner got some good use out of it if he had that many tires for it. Just make sure you acquire it for the right price as less people will want the Raptor 660r now that the Raptor 700r is out and is a big improvement over the 660r.

Not that you asked my opinion, but I think you should ditch the front wheel spacers unless they are personally autographed my MacGuyver himself.

he has all the tires for different terrian all the tires are in really good shape.overall the quad is clean and in good shape. he is asking 3500.00

If ya know anyone else looking for a raptor 660 ,Im selling mine also.No problems with it ,Im just looking to go to a 4 wheel drive quad.Good luck with your new one and get ready to go fast on 2 wheels .
