Oil appears milky when water gets into it. If you submarined it on your last ride, you're probably looking at some significant problems. Critical engine bearings corrode easily. Do you store this vehicle outdoors under a tarp where it might have allowed rain into the engine somewhere? The other chance is your coolant is leaking into the oil somehow. Coolant typically has corrosion inhibitors in it, so maybe your problems are minimized if you can determine coolant is the contaminent.

In any case drain that oil ASAP! You may want to drain it into a clear container for inspection.
